Reporting Misconduct and Incompetence in the Education Service

This document sets out the new reporting arrangements for cases of professional misconduct and professional incompetence in the education service which will come into force on 12 October 2009 following the introduction of the Education (Supply of Information) (Wales) Regulations 2009.
