Help with downloading documents

If you are experiencing difficulties downloading documents, please do the following:

1. Close your internet browser
2. Open Adobe Reader
3. Go to “edit” menu and select “preferences”
4. In the left column select “Internet”
5. Uncheck “display PDF in browser”
6. Click OK and try again
