Summer Conference 2009

This year, the theme of the conference will focus on The Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) and Safeguarding Children in Education. The conference will provide an opportunity for governors and guests to discuss current and future initiatives and developments in relation to this important area.

The Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills will provide the keynote address at the conference, Representatives from the Welsh Assembly Government, All Wales Centre for Governor Training & Research, the General Teaching Council for Wales and LEAs will also be taking part.
